A wish and a miracle

MIRACLE

Trying, We kept trying, We thought you’d never come. The doctor said it was impossible, I’d never be a mum.

I’d prey, wish and hope, It never stopped us trying, Your what I wanted most of all, I was fed up of us crying.

Finally the day came, I knew that you were there, Surely this was a miracle, There wasn’t a happier pair.

Me and your dad was ecstatic, We couldn’t believe our eyes, There was a baby in me, You were the best surprise.

I thanked god every night, And hope I’d see this through, And every time I close my eyes, I see a vision of you.

The day you came was a blessing. All my dreams come true, It was the best day of my life, And I owe that all to you.

I WISH

I wish upon a rainbow, on every single hue, I f I were to make a wish Right now, it would instantly come true.

I wish upon the sunshine, on every single ray, that you and me were Together, starting this very day.

I wish upon a fire, on every single flame, that everyone was equal, all Treated the very same.

I wish upon the heaven, on every angel’s wing, that people would find Happiness and that there hearts would sing.

I wish upon grieving, on every teardrop shed, that the griever would not be Sad, and rather not be dead.

I wish upon the sky, on every little cloud, that children would be happy, and Make their parents proud.

I wish upon a baby, on its tiny feet, that one-day Jesus and me will Eternally meet.

I wish upon two lovers, on every hug they share, that one-day someone would Tell me, that they really care.

I wish upon a flower, on the petals scent, that someone would read this poem and knew exactly what I meant!
